Multi Grain Bread - Easiest recipe in the world!

yes, really. Ok, I have been bragging to everyone about my first successful bread venture with the so-called No Knead method of bread making. It's so easy that you can't go wrong, it's idiot proof.
I had been baking the 'white' bread version of it for a little while, but I wanted to make a healthier option, so I found this recipe, click here. It is SO good... and only takes 5-10 min. total to make (not including waiting for the dough to rise for 20 hours).  You do need a heavy pot with a lid.

Wedding cake for Danish wedding, april 2012. I did not do the flower decoration, but did a white chocolate lime ganache and a blueberry mousse. I also helped build the cake. My cake partner did a
lovely caramel mousse and was in charge of making the cake look blossoming.
